1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A complete unboxing video is
required while opening the package. - The video must be clear,
continuous, and unedited, showing the parcel from the beginning. - Return, refund, or exchange
requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. 3-Day Return/Exchange Window
- Customers may raise a return
or exchange request within 3 days of delivery. - Requests submitted after 3
days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Requests
for return or exchange will be approved only under the following conditions:
- The wrong product has been
delivered. - The product is damaged or
defective at the time of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not
accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issues or minor color
variations caused by lighting or screen resolution. - Damage caused due to
improper handling, washing, or usage by the customer. - Customized, altered, or
made-to-order products.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only
when a replacement is not available. - Approved refunds will
reflect in the original payment method within 7–10 working days. - Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable.
6. Process for Raising a Request
- Customers must share the
unboxing video and lodge their complaint within 3 days of delivery
via WhatsApp or Email. - Our support team will review
the submitted details and confirm whether the return, exchange, or refund
request is eligible.
