Return & Refund Policy – Nari Saree

At Nari Saree, we value the trust of our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We request all customers to carefully read the following Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.


1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A complete unboxing video is required while opening the package.
  • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, showing the parcel from the beginning.
  • Return, refund, or exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. 3-Day Return/Exchange Window

  • Customers may raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Requests for return or exchange will be approved only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues or minor color variations caused by lighting or screen resolution.
  • Damage caused due to improper handling, washing, or usage by the customer.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available.
  • Approved refunds will reflect in the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Process for Raising a Request

  • Customers must share the unboxing video and lodge their complaint within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Our support team will review the submitted details and confirm whether the return, exchange, or refund request is eligible.
