1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
• A complete unboxing video is compulsory at the time of opening the package.
• The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the unpacking of the parcel from the beginning.
• Without an unboxing video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted.

2. 3 Days Return/Exchange Policy
• Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We only accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:
• If the wrong product has been delivered.
• If the product is damaged or defective on arrival.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept return/exchange in the following situations:
• Size issues or minor color differences (as colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution).
• Damage caused due to customer handling, washing, or use.

• Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable for replacement.
• Once approved, refunds may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Customers must share the unboxing video and raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp/Email.
