Shipping Policy – Nari Saree

Nari Saree is committed to delivering your products safely, securely, and within the estimated timelines. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 15 business days after order confirmation.
  • Processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier operations, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders.
    This amount will be adjusted against the final payable amount at delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries to remote, rural, or difficult-to-reach areas may require additional time due to courier limitations.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment until it is delivered.

5. Important Notes

  • Orders without the mandatory ₹150 COD advance will be automatically cancelled.
  • If the parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the advance amount will be non-refundable.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. However, our team will assist you wherever possible.

Cancellation Policy – Nari Saree

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.
  • After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders require a ₹200 advance confirmation fee.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours, the advance amount will be refunded or adjusted against future purchases.
  • If cancelled after 24 hours, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation by Nari Saree

Your order may be cancelled by us under the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued.
  • Payment verification fails or remains incomplete.
  • Shipping address or contact details are incorrect or unverifiable.

In such situations, any amount paid by the customer—including COD advance—will be fully refunded.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
